It’s fantastic to see NSSI thriving, and I’m sure the collective efforts of all members have been instrumental in its growth. Expanding to national and international platforms will undoubtedly open up new avenues for learning and collaboration.

The plan to collaborate with international societies and involve experienced neurosurgeons in workshops and webinars is a great initiative, especially for the benefit of young neurosurgeons. The indexing of “IJNS” in Scopus is a significant achievement, and with continued support and dedication, it’s poised for further improvement.

I echo your sentiments in welcoming valuable suggestions from members, which will undoubtedly enrich the society’s endeavors. It’s commendable that you’ll be putting these suggestions to the executive committee for consideration.
